The service of the Prospector Square staff has been outstanding, and especially so since the change to Prospector Square Management Company.    Everyone on staff is helpful and welcoming.  Because of the way our conference is run, the PSL front desk personnel handle many requests and questions (from our participants) that are above and beyond the call of duty, and they do so cheerfully and with good grace.

The physical facility has been spruced up, too, and this is much appreciated by our many participants.  Spending three whole weeks away from home, living in one room, can be a real burden for someone if that room is not in good shape.  We appreciate all the efforts that have been made in the sleeping units and the meeting rooms.   It makes our conference a much nicer experience for our participants.

All in all, we are very, very pleased with our relationship with Prospector Square Lodging and Conference Center; we commend their staff and the physical plant, and we highly recommend this facility to other groups.
