Summer Season
 One night's lodging is due at time of booking.- Balance is due upon arrival.
- Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival, $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 48 hours or less before arrival, one night lodging cancellation fee per room.
- No refund for no-shows or early departures.
Winter Season
- Two-night lodging deposit is due at time of booking.
- Balance is due upon arrival.
- Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, two-night lodging cancellation fee per room.
- No refund for no-shows or early departures.
